Mitch Wienick, Partner at Career Management & Executive Coaching Firm Kelleher Associates, Joins Board of Directors at Recruitment Process Outsourcing Innovator Pinstripe
WAYNE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 12, 2006--Mitch Wienick, a Partner at Kelleher Associates, Inc., the leading Philadelphia-based independent provider of customized career management and executive coaching services for senior executives, has been named to the Board of Directors for Pinstripe, Inc.
Pinstripe, based in Brookfield, Wisconsin, is a leading recruitment process outsourcing and recruitment services company. Wienick brings deep career counseling, talent management, business development and line executive experience to Pinstripe's board.

Wienick joined Kelleher Associates in January 2002. He is responsible for counseling of executives in transition as well as proactive performance improvement coaching of senior executive clients. Kelleher Associates provides customized career management and executive coaching solutions for senior-level executives. Previously, Wienick was President and Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of CDI Corporation (NYSE:CDI), a multinational provider of customized staffing, search, and outsourcing services based in Philadelphia. Prior to his tenure at CDI, Wienick was President of Ameritech Consumer Services, the largest business unit of telecommunications giant Ameritech Corporation (now part of SBC, Inc.).
Wienick's career includes several senior executive positions at Borden Inc., where he was Senior Group Vice President, Dairy Products (a $1.9 billion annual revenue business) and Kraft Foods, where he served, successively, as President of the Refrigerated Products Division and President of the Grocery Products Division, its largest two business units, each with annual revenues of over $2 billion. Wienick served on the Board of Directors of Greater Philadelphia First and the World Affairs Council. He currently serves on the advisory board of Baird Venture Partners, and the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. He is a member of the Business Leaders Network and the Association for Corporate Growth. Wienick also serves on the Board of Directors of Speakeasy Networks, the nation's largest independent broadband and VoIP service provider.
