Instruments:
Myers-Briggs
This implementation of Carl Jung's theory of psychological type determines preferences on four dichotomies: Extraversion-Introversion, Sensing-Intuition, Thinking-Feeling, and Judging-Perceiving. The various combinations of these preferences result in 16 unique personality types. Its wide-ranging applications promote growth and development in many organizational settings. It is a powerful tool for improving communication.
TKI
This inventory identifies a person's preferred conflict-handling style or mode and provides detailed information about how he or she can use the five different modes--avoiding, competing, accommodating, compromising, and collaborating--effectively. The TKI model demonstrates that these differing behaviors are neither good nor bad, but just different modes of communicating. Use the TKI for change management, enhanced communication, leadership development, performance improvement, team-building and negotiation skills.
FIRO-B
This instrument assesses how our unique interpersonal needs motivate and affect our behavior in personal and professional relationships. It offers quick insights into the ways we want to contribute to, influence, and participate in individual, group and team relationships.
Spectrum CPI 260
This instrument identifies an individual's strengths and areas for development, provides better understanding of preferences, attitudes, and behaviors in key dimensions of management and leadership. This report enables individuals to understand their strengths, target areas for development, set goals, and plan action steps to enhance their leadership style.
