A critical element in the job search process is networking, also known as contact developing.
At Kelleher Associates we foster the networking activity not only in our
executive coaching and
career counseling
process, but by also providing in-house networking experiences for our clients on a weekly basis. These
Client Meetings allow our clients to come together on an informal basis to share information about their professional experiences and career objectives, drawing on their career diversity to help one another. Facilitated on a rotational basis by one of our consultants, the meetings offer the opportunity to hone the "90 second pitch" and discuss topics of mutual interest.

Networking
Meeting for executives in a career transition or anticipating a change in their work status. As the host to ExecuNet members and non-members, we provide a forum for robust networking as well as a special guest speaker. Recent topics include: "Mastering Your Message", "The First 100 Days", "Work and Family - Enemies or Allies". The
Senior
Roundtable is geared to those upper level professionals who wish to engage in a more intimate networking experience with their peers. These monthly sessions are facilitated by our principals and attendance is limited to 25 registrants. This is a unique forum for senior executives to exchange leads, ideas, and experiences in a controlled, discreet environment. To facilitate the networking process we assemble for distribution at the meeting a packet of profiles on the participants. Senior executive clients of Kelleher Associates are guaranteed a place at the meeting as our guest.
